At Luna Glow Beauty Studio, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Cancellation Window

We require 1 day notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled after the cancellation window, or missed without notice (no-shows), may result in the loss of a deposit or a cancellation fee when that consequence was disclosed during booking and is permitted by applicable law. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

Refunds

Any refund for a prepaid appointment will follow the terms disclosed during booking and applicable consumer-protection law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees in cases of emergency or illness at our discretion.
