Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or using the services of Luna Glow Beauty Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Appointments & Services
All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason. Service descriptions are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.
Pricing & Payment
Prices for services are as displayed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect existing bookings. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Failure to cancel within the required window or failure to attend a booked appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
Client Conduct
We strive to provide a safe, respectful environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or threatening behavior.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario and Canada, Luna Glow Beauty Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
Privacy

Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment-related communications (confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups). Marketing communications require separate express consent.
